Before
The project began with the removal of an outdated conservatory-style extension. Our team carefully dismantled the structure, taking down the glass, frames, and roof materials, ensuring that all waste—including bricks and concrete—was cleared and responsibly disposed of. Once the site was fully cleared, we leveled and prepared the ground to provide a solid foundation for the new extension.
Planning and Design
Once the site was ready, we moved on to the planning and design phase. Working closely with the client, we developed detailed drawings tailored to their vision, ensuring the new extension would complement their home while meeting all planning regulations. After securing the necessary permissions, we were ready to bring their ideas to life.
Interior Transformation
Inside the extension, the space was transformed into a bright, open-plan kitchen. A large skylight and bifold doors allow sunlight to pour into the room, creating a light and airy atmosphere. The kitchen itself boasts clean, white cabinetry with integrated appliances, paired with a contrasting dark island and marble countertop. To the side, a utility room was included for added storage and practicality, maintaining a clean, uncluttered look throughout the main kitchen.
Modern Garden
The outdoor area was reimagined to match the sleek design of the extension. The spacious patio, made with light gray paving slabs, offers a perfect area for outdoor seating and entertaining. A matching pathway leads to a vibrant artificial grass lawn, ensuring a low-maintenance yet polished finish. Dark wooden fencing and brick retaining walls complete the design, providing privacy and structure to the space.
