01A Rochester driveway that flooded every time it rained, dug out and fitted with two soakaways, then relaid in Brett Omega Charcoal herringbone with a neutral border inside new brick walls
02A tired split-level garden in Hempstead rebuilt with 66m² of Aura Beige porcelain, 9-inch brick retaining walls, brick steps with porcelain treads, 60m² of artificial grass and ACO channels along the conservatory
03A Maidstone rear extension had bi-folds opening onto a cracked concrete strip and rough lawn. We replaced it with an Autumn Brown Indian sandstone patio laid into the corner between both sets of doors and out to the boundary fence.

Sterling Projects were incredibly professional from the onset. They cleared a large front garden with big tree stumps, Fitted concrete fencing posts with wooden fence panels and laid a big block paving driveway with soak away. Anytime there was an issue such as water mains where the fence post needed to go they were able to create a solution that upheld the original vision of the project. Sterling Projects were also incredibly tidy and courteous towards the neighbors. They completed the project in a quick timeframe whilst battling a heatwave, also charged an incredibly fair price.

We wanted an extension built, and what we ended up with totally exceeded our expectations.
